1. Object of the contract.
These Terms and Conditions govern the booking and stay at the Jannuzzi House property. By making a booking, the client fully accepts everything stated herein.
2. Payment Methods.
- Deposit: To confirm the booking, a deposit payment (equal to the percentage indicated in the booking system) is required via credit card (Stripe) or bank transfer.
- Balance: The balance for the entire stay must be paid no later than 18 days before the scheduled check-in date. In case of non-receipt of the balance within this period, the booking will be considered cancelled and the room will be made available again.
3. Cancellation Policy and Refunds.
- Free Cancellation: The guest is entitled to a full refund of the deposit paid for cancellations made up to 14 days before the arrival date.
- Penalties: In case of cancellation made starting from the 14th day prior to arrival, or in case of a no-show, the total amount of the stay (deposit + balance) will be retained as a penalty.
- Refunds: Any due refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the booking. Credit times to the customer’s card depend exclusively on the banking institutions.
4. House Rules.
To ensure the decorum of the property and the comfort of all guests, the following rules apply:
- No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all areas of the house.
- Pets: Pets are not allowed, regardless of size or species.
- Check-in: after 3:00 PM.
- Check-out: by 10:00 AM. We ask you to respect the communicated times to allow for proper sanitization of the rooms between guests.
5. Guest Responsibility.
The guest is responsible for any damage caused to the property or furnishings during the stay. Upon arrival, a valid identity document may be requested for mandatory registration with the competent authorities.
6. Processing of Personal Data.
The data provided during the booking phase will be processed exclusively for the management of the stay and for legal requirements, in compliance with current Privacy legislation (GDPR).
