The Reading Room: From the main double bedroom, a French door leads to an exclusive space. This terrace enclosed by large windows is a true winter garden, perfect for every season. Here you’ll find an electric fireplace for romantic atmospheres, a television, and a comfortable sofa where you can retreat with a good book or enjoy a moment of absolute silence.

The Outdoor Terrace: A bright French door from the living room opens directly onto the terrace. This outdoor space is a true additional living area, equipped with a practical awning. Furnished with a table and armchairs, it’s the ideal place for outdoor lunches and dinners, enjoying the cool evening air near the lake.
Second Floor: Your Private Lakeside Solarium
The pinnacle of Jannuzzi House is an exclusive retreat dedicated to sun and tranquility. Through a characteristic internal staircase, you access the top level of the property, where privacy meets landscape beauty.
The Relaxation Corner: The private solarium is a true open-air living room. Equipped with two comfortable sun loungers, a small table, and a large umbrella, it’s the ideal place for sunbathing in complete privacy or reading a book while being lulled by the silence of the residential area.

Payment:
Accepted methods: Bank Transfer or Credit Card (via secure Stripe network).
Advance booking: 30% deposit upon confirmation and balance within 18 days of check-in.
Last Minute booking: For stays booked less than 18 days before arrival, full payment is required.
Cancellation Terms:
Full Refund: The deposit is fully refundable for cancellations made up to 14 days before the arrival date.
Penalty: In case of cancellation beyond the 14th day before arrival or in case of no-show, the entire stay amount will be retained.
