Object of the contract.<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These Terms and Conditions govern the booking and stay at the Jannuzzi House property. By making a booking, the client fully accepts everything stated herein. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Payment Methods.<\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Deposit:<\/strong> To confirm the booking, a deposit payment (equal to the percentage indicated in the booking system) is required via credit card (Stripe) or bank transfer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Balance: <\/strong>The balance for the entire stay must be paid no later than 18 days before the scheduled check-in date. In case of non-receipt of the balance within this period, the booking will be considered cancelled and the room will be made available again. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Cancellation Policy and Refunds.<\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Free Cancellation:<\/strong> The guest is entitled to a full refund of the deposit paid for cancellations made up to <strong>14 days<\/strong> before the arrival date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Penalties:<\/strong> In case of cancellation made starting from the 14th day prior to arrival, or in case of a no-show, the total amount of the stay (deposit + balance) will be retained as a penalty.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Refunds: <\/strong>Any due refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the booking. Credit times to the customer&#8217;s card depend exclusively on the banking institutions. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. House Rules.<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To ensure the decorum of the property and the comfort of all guests, the following rules apply:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>No Smoking:<\/strong> Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all areas of the house.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pets:<\/strong> Pets are not allowed, regardless of size or species.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Check-in:<\/strong> after 3:00 PM.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Check-out:<\/strong> by 10:00 AM. We ask you to respect the communicated times to allow for proper sanitization of the rooms between guests.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Guest Responsibility.<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The guest is responsible for any damage caused to the property or furnishings during the stay. Upon arrival, a valid identity document may be requested for mandatory registration with the competent authorities. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Processing of Personal Data.<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The data provided during the booking phase will be processed exclusively for the management of the stay and for legal requirements, in compliance with current Privacy legislation (GDPR).<br\/>The data will be processed by Giovana Barone, owner of Jannuzzi House.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7.
